

Our Parmiter street development is a good example of working closely (and successfully) with Planning Officers, local residents and councillors. Given the unusual nature of a high density, inner city scheme for families, acting on stakeholder feedback has been essential to smooth progress. We’re continuing to engage with the community into the construction phase, attending local community group and resident’s meetings.
Our integrated 3D model has facilitated the engagement of Family Mosaic into the Parmiter Street design process by enabling detailed visualisation of the range of design options and therefore ensuring that our component selection and change management processes are more meaningful.
We are using the JCT Constructing Excellence form of contract to engage all package providers at Parmiter Street. This form of contract provides flexibility to address a range risk sharing scenarios depending on the nature of each package.
